The Health Foundation of South of Florida in partnership with Citi Community Developement convened South Florida leaders from health, education & local government sectors to reflect on a co-developed blueprint for action.
The plan was to be created through the collaboration of these varied institutions, which are fostering individual and collective actions to address local economics to ultimately bolster the health of South Florida residents. Here, a few images from that inspiring day.
